Can tho Water Supply and Sewerage Company is a enterprise with 100% of state capital.

The functions of the company:

Producing and trading clean water. Service of drainage and waste water treatment. Constructing water works with the capacity up to 20,000 m3/day and water technical infrastructures. The technology works to construct water pipe bridge of water supply and drainage. Landfill and road repair for water supply. Producing and trading water materials. Designing and consulting and surveying water works and civil construction.  

Some features of company:  

Can tho Water Supply and Sewerage Company has been established since 1932 and located on Nguyen Trai St , Can tho City. Can tho City was developped in 1970. Financed by Australian Government, new water treatment plant was built and used in 1973 with the capacity of 31,200 m3/day. Now, It is Can tho 1 water treatment plant.  

The Can tho 1 water treatment plant was handed over on April 30, 1975 and normally used to supply clean water for 3,000 households. Nowadays, Can tho Water Supply and Sewerage Company is a limited company activating on Business Law with structure organized as follow:
